Xero content pack - Allow reporting of tracking category on all transaction types

The Xero content pack only allows tracking category to be extracted for invoice items. We need to be able to split all transactions (cash book / journals etc.) by tracking category to create useful reports. E.g. Statement of changes in equity by tracking category (a bit like the Xero one but need each category as a column on the same page adding up to the unfiltered total) Donations income by tracking category (where income is not invoiced) Non invoiced cost by tracking category (e.g. payroll)
