Would you allow user at Canada to download from iTune store ?

I want to download and develop the Power BI app both on iPad and iPhone. My competitor is rolling out the same product via Tableau. I mean even the code is ready, I'm stuck on the App download. I mean if Microosft is serious to get back the turf currently occupied by Tableau, please unleash the iOS app and allow Canadian users to download - asap - Please !!!

Is this available today now? The iOS app was tied to the preview, which wasn't available outside the US until today. Thanks!
