Workspace source control view changes before commiting

Hi All,

Don't know if its just me or if anyone else is finding ths to be an isssue.

When working in a workspace, sometimes there can be a delay between making alterations to pipelines, notebooks, warehouses etc. You go to check in and there's multiple objects changed - I'm thinking database alteration and you just can't remember if you've done it or someome else...anyway it would be incredibly useful if you could see whats been altered or even who made a change before you click commit.
