Workspace setting Bypasses Row Level Security on a Dataset

'- Self-Serving reports and Dashboard. A user/member can build their own report. - Row Level Security to follow Rules and Roles. Problem Areas ( Existing Workspace ) - When members were added to Workspace they bypass Row Level Security if workspace setting says Member can edit Workspace Content - When Workspace setting is limited to not edit. Users are unable access Dataset through PowerBI Desktop and PowerBI.com Problem Areas ( New Workspace ) - New Workspace is still in Preview Mode. When we add a new member with Member Role to a dataset he is also treated as an owner of dataset which bypasses security rules and options to modify on dataset is disabled. - If a Member is manually added to Workspace as read and re share. Member cannot access dataset through PowerBI to build his own dashboard.
