Workspace admins or members are unable to edit Dataflow Gen2 even if they have ownership.

If multiple users want to work with the same Dataflow Gen 2, they currently need to take over ownership, which can be challenging for users in the future. It would be helpful to have an option like workspace permission support, allowing users to edit Gen 2 without needing ownership.
