WorkSpace OneDrive On Demand Refresh

I would like to have the SharePoint Page "OneDrive", that is linked to the the Workspace, via the Files option, and be able to on demand Refresh the PBIX file from OneDrive into the PowerBI.com service. Here is a process that I am following: https://powerbi.tips/2017/08/best-practices-for-sharing/ I would like to go to PBI.com Service and force a OneDrive refresh of the report.
