Word Cloud (Custom Visual) - make it case-insensitive

The Word Cloud Custom Visual seems to be case-sensitive, e.g. I see 3 entries for litigation / Litigation / LITIGATION. Please make it case-insensitive by default. Perhaps there should be an option, but I think most people expect case-insensitive.

This should be moved to the Custom Visuals category.

Agree, I am currently unable to use it, as the majority of words I would expect it to pick up are showing multiple times.
