When will the KPI Red/Yellow/Green Indicators be available on PowerBI Desktop?

KPI Red/Yellow/Green Indicators were available in Power Pivot. With the new Power BI Desktop this feature is not available anymore. If you import from PP to the Desktop it converts the RYG Indicator Dots to a number. Will the Red/Yellow/Green Indicators be added back to PowerBI Desktop? If so When?

No built-in feature for colored KPI indicators. Advance Card unichar arrows don't display properly with Internet Explorer. It's almost disrespectful that this feature isn't added by default.

While I agree that KPI Red/Yellow/Green Indicators is a great feature to have, if you are not connecting to a tabular model but this will not resolve the dynamic KPI threshold issue, whether you are connected to tabular model or not Please see http://www.mssqlgirl.com/dynamic-kpi-threshold-in-tabular-or-power-pivot.html We do have a workaround to overcome dynamic KPI threshold issue by creating measure as a SVG and categorize as an image URL but this does not work if you connect to tabular model or live connections to databases Please vote for below link as this will be a great workaround to overcome this problem https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/36872113-please-extend-data-categories-for-measures-to-live

Please look into the size of the KPI as well. As we cannot change the size we are currently as a work around using the table visual where we can set the size as we want. I solved all my KPI problems when a measure could be set as a URL image and now with the latest updates in conditional formatting too. But it still would be interesting to have a built in feature.

Hi Will - it's a must have feature for us - we have designed a simple dashboard with our KPIs and simply want to show if we are positive growth or negative growth for the time period
