When refreshing a semantic model, missing tables should not be quietly dropped

When a table isn't available, PowerBI desktop (or whatever interface) should popup and say that the table isn't available and ask if you want to remove it.

I'm using PowerBI desktop to edit a semantic model and when I clicked refresh one of the tables wasn't available in the lakehouse the model was pulling from. The model quietly just dropped the table and all the relationships. 

Now I have to go back in and add the tables and rebuild the relationships and hope I restored everything just like it was.
