When expanding a formatting option, the dialog should fully open and not have a secondary slider bar.

These secondary vertical sliders in the user interface just make the interface overly complex - first you expand the box, but then you may have to use a slider in that expanded area? Makes no sense, and ends up hiding options (like the secondary Y axes option for the combo charts).... also you need to have a "User Interface" category for Power BI Idea submissions
