When I load Power BI from the web I recieve the following error: 'Sorry, we couldn't find that report'

When I load Power BI from the web I recieve the following error: 'Sorry, we couldn't find that report' I do not have any reports shared with me and all users who have a report I have shared with them are Pro users.
