When I add a photo as a background, PBIX file can't be saved

After I add a photo as visuals reportt's backgtound, the PBIX file can't be saved, hte massge shows it is a not right file path, BTW I use Chinese version 2.40.4554.463 64-bit. The latesd version I can't install, it alwasys show miss some CAB file.
