I am trying to set up a Fabric sandbox enviroment for Azure. The Azure system is rejecting my request becuase of using a personal email address? I have setup a paid subscription to my bank account, as I am trying to further learning. Microsoft is requesting a school or business account, and I am scratching my head as to why? I have setup the payment method for the account. Are they concerned that I will submit run-away processes running up a large bill? This makes no sense to me. I am hoping someone responsible for this policy will respond (preferrably by phone call). I hope to get a response soon, as I this has halted my training.
