We require an option to download reports that are associated with a deployment pipeline.

Currently, there is a known limitation where the Download option is greyed out or unavailable when a report or dataset is part of a deployment pipeline and has been deployed from one stage to another.

We would like this functionality to be supported, as it would allow us to download the report from a specific pipeline stage and deploy it to other workspaces as needed.
