Warn about improper Excel Formatting

Currently, if an excel workbook is uploaded with no data formatted in tables, no data set appears, and no pop-up appears informing the user. The application should provide feedback to the user when no data is imported (perhaps a link to the "Formatting Excel Workbook" section of the knowledge base)

I think this has since been updated in the product. It now shows a prompt indicating "We couldn't find any data formatted as a table" with some additional steps to resolution
