This sounds like a Cortana integration with Q&A task, Imagine getting BI insights from your data just by speaking into your mobile device...

I would like to interact with Q&A through voice, I just showed a demo to my client and they closed their collective mouth, they asked if they can interact with through voice

Q&A via voice command would demo very well on the phone or iPad. Whether users would use it, I don't know. Since the iPad and iPhone apps are currently 100% consumption rather than creating visualizations, this might be a way to blur that line a bit and let you create visualizations via Q&A voice.

Who actually uses all this voice command stuff? - It's not 100% reliable and can be accessed quicker by typing or clicking.

I think voice interaction (with the feature able to understand context) with q and a will be brilliant. While the mobile app is great, working on smaller screens can still be painful. While q and a has a way to go in terms of maturity, the potential will be better coupled with voice interaction. I see use cases during meetings, presentations, responses to frequently asked aggregate based questions etc.
