Visualizations/User Experience - Allow interactive & scrollable report tooltips (hover lock)
Power BI report page tooltips currently disappears when the cursor leaves the originating visual, making it impossible to interact with or scroll on content such as tables included on the tooltip.
This limitation prevents meaningful use of a detailed tooltip page and forces users to implement workarounds (bookmarks, drill-through pages) that negatively impact UX.
Request: Add support for tooltip “hover lock” or interactive tooltips that remain visible while the cursor is over the tooltip itself.
