Visual Indicator for Unsynced Changes in Workspace App

In Power BI, after setting up a workspace app, reports and other artifacts may undergo modifications. Currently, these changes are not automatically reflected in the workspace app, requiring the app admin to manually update the app. To enhance user experience and streamline the update process, I propose adding a visual mark or flag within the workspace app. This indicator would alert the app admin to any discrepancies between the artifacts in the app and those in the workspace, ensuring that updates are promptly and accurately applied.
