Viewing Deployment Rules on items in Deployment Pipelines

In deployment pipelines we need a way to see which items have deployment rules and which do not.

An icon or indicator against the item showing it has a deployement rule defined which we could then click on to see/edit the related deployment rule would be great.

Also need a way to easily see ALL deployment rules defined on a stage and filter, which do or do not have rules defined.

Maybe a column in the item view to say if it has a rule or not, which is then filterable.
