View list of Users Subscribed to Report

Admins of a report are able to view a list & statistics of users who are subscribed to a report. This is in regards to users subscribing using the email subscription feature: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/introducing-email-subscriptions-in-power-bi-stay-informed-when-it-matters/preview/

I would find this feature very usefull also for Dashboards. Additionally the subscribers should be shown in the usage reports.

Admin must be able to create a list of all Workspaces and Reports on it with a list of users who has acess and whom has subscription to a report. Data is already there just need to be available/publish as Application.

This is needed for us as we are a 24/7 company and need to be able to notify Dashboard or Report Users when a change is scheduled. All Users of all Dashboards or Reports need to notified when there is a scheduled update or outage of our Power BI Gateway.
