View deployment pipelines as a list

In the workspace list flyout, allow users to switch between viewing workspaces and deployment pipelines.

Deployment pipelines could then be displayed as a list rather than tiles, making it easier to scan and navigate multiple pipelines quickly.

This would improve usability for users who have many deployment pipelines or deployment pipelines with long names, and want a compact, readable overview.
