It would be nice to see what dashboards/reports/datasets a user has access to by selecting just that user, instead of having to click Share on a dashboard/report and then flipping over to the Access tab. Would also be nice to select a User and then share multiple dashboards/reports to that user.

- jschlereth21New MemberIt would be great to be able to see all users and which workspaces and dashboards they have access to. It would be nice to be able to filter by any particular user/workspace/dashboard to see different view of the same data. Thanks!

This is exactly the idea I was looking for in the idea place. This will reduce administrative work significantly. - adam_surkan1New MemberThis is definitely a requirement for me as well. The ability to pull a matrix report that shows each user and which report and the level of access they have for a workspace.
- suganthijayam1New MemberI would like to fetch the users/groups details automatically to which Power BI dashboards or reports are shared. This is needed for auditing purpose. Since we are having many dashboards & reports, its tedious to check the users/groups having access to each report/dashboard. Even this feature can be enabled in Power BI or enhance the Powershell commands to get the access groups/user list
- kdoherty1New MemberWould love to have this also.
- donal_o_neillNew MemberWe have defined user access roles set up in our database. TO get this to work with PowerBI.com we need to be able to pass the user account or email address as a parameter while using DirectQuery.
- dietrich_barts1New MemberAbility to have an administration list of users and apps, for which the user has access to. Often one user has access to multiple apps and it is necessary to pass on to other users.
- iarpa_dev14New MemberHi Admin, Please provide option to enable user access to Page wise in Power bi service.
- fbcideas_migusrNew MemberWe can give access to a user for the workspace but we can also give access to an user for the Power BI APP. How can we extract the users who can have access to an APP ( and also when they are not using the APP ). Every 3 months I want a list of power bi users who are registrated as a user for the Power BI APP and for the Power BI workspace and the role they have.
