Vertical align row header text on matrix visual

We need to be able to vertically align the row header text on matrix visuals. When you use images or SVG measures in a matrix it is almost impossible to get it to look presentable as the row headers are not dead centre with the graphics. I have had lots of clients ask me why this can't be done, it seems like quite a basic feature as the button visual already has this feature.
