User Effective Permissions

We need the ability to see the effective permissions of an individual within an app / workspace / report. We utilize security groups to assign permissions and can't easily see what level of permission an individual has. It would be great to be able to see what all a user can access (and what level of permissions) within the PowerBI tenant.
