When commenting in Power BI Cloud every user on the App can see the comment. If there is RLS defined it is often the case, that other users can see comments for data they have no access to. I see that might be a desired behaviour in some cases. But I think it would be helpful in many Use-Cases to be able to activate a setting that only users who have access to the same data as the commenter can see the comment. E.g.: German Sales Rep comments on german data. The UK sales Rep sees the comment, but can't see the related data.
