Use GUID in semantic model building

When building a semantic model that references another the workspace name is used in the connection path.

When the workspace name changes the connection is broken and the path cannot be updated.

Opening in power bi desktop there is no source query to edit.

Request that the semantic model editor use the workspace GUID to build the connection string.
