Upgrade option to increase data size limit or setting up power Bi On Premise ?

Hi , Our company is planning to choose the tool Power BI for showing real time data and reporting . But we have concerned with 2 issues that have seen in a microsoft post . Issues to know in detail are 1. By using Power BI Rest API, Only 10,000 max rows per single API POST are supposed to update in a single call .(Not more than that ?) 2. Even Licenced users have restricted the data size limit to 10GB .? As per our business data behavior , we should have immence data to store (more than the coverage that tool specified) .So we are waiting to know from u , does we have any option to expand the data size to a certain more limit ? Also want to know : Is there any way to set up power BI on our premises ? So that data layer can keep on our organisation end and it will be more secure and private ? Please respond to this issue as soon as possible .
