Updating data source/dashboard/report

It is very problematic when you create a report/dashboard in Power BI Desktop then publish it to your workspace, then you have to make an update in Desktop, publish again then try to refresh in your workspace but actually you have to go to a 3rd place (gateway) to update the data source. Now we're doing too much.
