Updates to Star Rating Visualization

Would be great if the fields for the Lowest and Highest Ratings could be configured to use data from one of the tables. Star Ratings are huge in Healthcare industry and are awarded by the CMS and are based on Cutpoints that are adjusted periodically through the year.
