Unified Management in Service and Desktop

I want to make RLS changes in the Service and in Desktop, and the experience should be identical. The current process—switching between Desktop and Service, enabling local modeling, and managing permissions—makes things unnecessarily difficult for BI teams.  This is not the only type of disconnect between the Service and the Desktop. Please prioritize a unified, streamlined editing experience for all Power BI users.
