Unable to open or Refresh our Power BI Report (Important)

We are unable to refresh our power bi reports, its not showing anything and is affecting all our reports. We checked the server health and power bi gateway all is working fine. Could you please help us to see what's causing this issue if its specific to our reports. And if it has affected overall than please provide update in order for us to update our clients.
