Unable to load Planview Enterprise content pack from PowerBi.com site using proper credentials

I am unable to load a content pack for Planview Enterprise using the proper credentials. I've verified with Planview Support that I'm using the correct steps, but it's still not working, and they've advised me to open a ticket with Microsoft for assistance. Please advise. Thank You. Andy Johnson
