Unable to connect to Postgres database if sslmode needs to be set to "Require"

There is currently no way to set the Postgres connection setting "SSL Mode" to "Require" using Npgsql. This setting is necessary to connect to some Postgres databases, for instance Heroku Postgres. Without this parameter, I'm unable to use this data source. One workaround is to use the ODBC driver, but it's not as good as using the native Npgsql drivers included in Power BI. Regards, Samuel
