This iconography is very counter-intuitive - The arrow behavior is practically opposite to Windows Explorer. How can a down arrow signify collapsed ? It should be pointing right like every other UI on the planet. Please be consistent! I have been a Microsoft developer for 20 years and all of a sudden I don't know which way is up or down LOL
