Trying to calculate mean of calculated measure. Also facing challenge in creating calculatedcolumn

Able to create calculated measure but when I want to calculate mean of the calculated measure powerbi is throwing an error saying column value should be there to populate mean. Also when trying to create custom column with the same logic that I used to create custom measure getting the error “This expression refers to 'LocalDateTable_bf147677-e53c-4488-b893-a3226b14b05d[Date]', which has an error
