Trigger Alert when real time data meets a condition via Stream Analytics

Triggering a data 'alerts' on a real time card tile should be possible via Stream Analytics. I don't want to store any data (cache is fine), but I would like to trigger an 'alerts' when Temperature or Humidity meets/exceeds a condition.
