Tooltips on dashboard visuals

Tooltip needs to work for charts on a dashboard.

What would be handy is a Visualization Tip Text field for each graphic on the main screen. Often there is the need to provide explanation of what each graphic is made up of or arrived at and this could be done with this tool such that when hovering over a graphic an explanation of how the graphic is made up of would be better than having multiple lines in the title. There are no tooltips on Dashboard tiles. How is this compete?

Agree...this does not appear to be fixed. Can you confirm how to leverage this feature?
