The auto-sizing tools for Table column headers assume no text wrap and there is no option for equalising column width.
If one has longer, phrase-like column headers and wishes to take advantage of text wrap, they have to manually re-size each column.
If they are interested in specific column sizes, or in making a group of columns equal in width, this can only be eyeballed.
I request taking a feature from Microsoft Excel, where any row or column resize is accompanied by a simple, helpful tooltip, reporting to the user what the resulting width of the element will be in pixels as you click and drag it.
This principle could also be applied to aid in the resizing of any visual element. The x and y, width and height, accompanying any move or resize action, rather than relying on the properties section for pixel-perfect positioning.
