Tooltip for matrix & table visual

For the Matrix and the Table Visuals (and others), tooltips simply show the value of the item over which the Pointer hovers. The behaviour of the tooltips differs from PBI Desktop to Browser in Terms of Duration of being shown and the truncation of longer texts. Other visuals (e.g. bar chart) have a customizable tooltip that can be filled by a special field well. Please add the same functionality to table and Matrix visuals!

Just an addition point to this. It's great that we are able to have Tooltips on Matrix's now, but I am trying to get the Tooltip to show when I hover over a Row Header, Currently I'm only able to get a Tooltip when hovering over a Value. Any Ideas if there's a way around this or if it's in a backlog up introduce?

Hello - Has anyone found an alternative way to work with this? Longing for custom tooltips on row headers on a matrix visualization. This is really important to have and find it hard to believe not already implemented. Thank you.
