To be able to combine dynamic title (using measure) and text in visual's title

Currently, we can create a measure that can be placed in the title of the visual. But if you need a title on the visual to mention what data is being displayed, then for every visual you need a new measure that contains the text that you require plus the dynamic part (usually: date, applied filter, etc.). for instance; "Sales - Week 3" or "Profit - Week 3" or "Global Sales - Week3".

It would be amazing if we can combine the dynamic part as a measure with any text before or after it on the formatting title section of the visual to have a fully descriptive title on the visual for the end user to understand the displayed data better.
