Timeline Custom Visual Behavior Through Tab Changes

The Timeline Slicer Filter persists through tab changes, but the visual makes it look like it doesn't. This leads to really confusing situations where users can't figure out why their numbers are a fraction of what they should be. Ideally, make the filters and the visual persist (similar to the behavior of a standard slicer), but if that's not immediately possible, then at least make the filter reset on tab changes (similar to the filtering behavior of a bar chart).
