There seems to be an hour difference between the scheduled refresh run time vs. the actual run time in Power BI Pro. Can this be fixed?

There seems to be an hour difference between the scheduled refresh run time vs. the actual run time in Power BI Pro. Can this be fixed? If this is "expected behavior" can this be changed? Thanks! Jonathan
