The Test as role feature doesn't work for DirectQuery models with Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled.

Currently, the Test as role feature in Power BI Service does not work for semantic models that use DirectQuery with SSO enabled. When attempting to validate Row-Level Security (RLS), the message “Test as role does not work with Single Sign-On (SSO)” appears. This limitation makes it difficult for developers and administrators to verify RLS behavior without involving end-users.

The impact still exists and does a massive impact to those dashboards just launched in Nov'25. It runs perfectly in the past 6 months. Please escalate this issue and update the progress or any troubleshooting.
