Enable the users to resize the Table or Matrix easily. Just like in any basic tool, increasing and decreasing the size of Table or a Matrix should affect the size of the columns and rows as well.

We really need:
1) distribute column width evenly
2) size column widths with a number (not manually)
3) lock column sizes, i turn off auto resize but it still doesn't
Also need the option to turn of column headers altogether...
