This is one of the more basic features that isn't in Power BI, but is available in competitor software (e.g., Alteryx, etc.).
Power BI Table visualizations currently can't conditionally format row font sizes. We should add to the font formatting to include font size.
Font weight, styles, etc., would be nice too, but I think font size should be prioritized.
