This seems like a very basic enhancement, the functionality already exists on the Row Subtotal, just add to Row Grand Total.

Till the time there is no such direct feature is being added to Matrix or table visual. i have applied a workaround and solved this issue.

This would be a very nice UX feature! This way the user doesn't need to scroll all te way to the right to see the totals.
