Table Builder Flexibility

I wish Power BI had more flexibility on how to build a table.
For example, I would like to be able to select  multiple fields from a table visual an delete them with one click. Also, I would like to be able to select multiple fields and move them in a a matrix table visual from Row level to column level or value level.
Lastly, ideally given 2 table visuals with 20 fields each, I would like BI to let me combine these fields together in one visual table. This would save a lot of unnecesary repetitive work.
