Systematic approach to pulling cross-region On-Prem Data Gateway data

Looking for a way to systematically pull On-Premise Data Gateway data either via PowerShell or Power BI API.

 

Power BI API - does not have the opition to pull gateways in a different region.

PowerShell cmdlet "Get-DataGatewayCluster" forces a connection to use Connect-DataGatewayServiceAccount to run the cmdlet and does not support service accounts.
