Supporting Just-in-time editing of reports - Add/Edit/Remove measures in PBI.com

Users should be able to make just in time edits as and when they present dashboards. Here is an example. If my dashboard currently display mean & std., deviation. If I'm asked to show the 95th percentile during a exec., review, currently there is no way to bring it up in the dashboard. It requires going back and editing the PBIX file in desktop & re-publish. Same can be applied for updating the target value in a gauge - Simple change, but tedious steps
