Support workspace scope for job events

Currently you can choose to subscribe to Job Events by Item, but would like to monitor for any events within a specific workspace.

it would be great to see all items within a workspace instead of just 1 item within the workspace.

How is this still just planned? We have dev/test/prod workspaces for both data and integrations, and in each workspace we have 20-50 pipelines and workbooks. How is it acceptable that we have to select each and every individual pipeline to get an alert on failure. It's absolutely insane that this has not yet been fixed. ADF is so much better at this still, why did you have to go and reinvent the wheel in Fabric????
